A&E will never relent. They value their cultural bigotry more than their bottom line. Happily, the Robertson clan doesn't need Duck Dynasty or A&E for their living. Indeed, given DD's demographic niche, this PC lynching gives the program and its stars a turbo-boost to whichever destination network they choose, or even self-syndicate, and it's already the highest rated reality program on cable television.
It's been a long, long time since I've watched anything on A&E. Now that they've decisively opted for the MSNBCCCP path, I don't see that viewing tendency changing...well, ever.
