Regardless, I'm guessing the Big Man is not too awfully concerned about competing for the Tea Party vote in the "Who knows if there'll be one?" 2016 campaign. Either that or he's mulling over a challenge to Enrique Peña Nieto after his second gubernatorial term is done. Can't have too many chalupas, after all.
