A curious quote, given that the "birthers" have enjoyed such overpowering success "destroying" the Obamidency up to now. Which is to say, none whatsoever. So is Tingles panicking here, or is this just his normal speaking voice? I'm opting for the latter.
We do have to allow for a high-octane level of paranoia, of course.
