Monday March 10, 2014 at the Water Wheel Saloon and Deli at 980 Sixth St. in Norco, CA at 6:30 pm for the reception and 7:00 pm for the start of the meeting.
First speaker: Douglas V. Gibbs on the Constitutional argument regarding property rights.
Second speaker: Dan Titus, with a presentation titled "Regionalism: Sustainable Development and Your Property Rights"
