Constitution Class: Immigration, Currency, Roads, Boatways, and the Postal Service

By Douglas V. Gibbs

Tonight, we continue our march through Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution in Temecula at Faith Armory, 41669 Winchester Road.  Join us at 6:30 pm for an hour as we discuss the authorities granted in clauses four through seven of that section.

Included in that discussion will be a full explanation of whose authority it is to enforce immigration, if federal highways are constitutional, and the truth about the Federal Reserve and "Bills of Credit" (paper money).
