Corona Constitution Class: Making Law, Enumerated Powers

It is Tuesday Night. . . Time again for the Corona Constitution Class.  Join us at 6:00 pm at AllStar Collision in the upstairs classroom: 522 Railroad Street., Corona, California.

Last week we learned how all legislative powers belong to the legislative branch.  Tonight, we will learn about the legislative process, and the authorities expressly granted to the federal government.  We will cover concepts such as Making law, Veto, Resolutions, Bills for Raising Revenue, Original Authority, Express Powers, Implied Powers, Concurrent Powers, Reserve Powers, Exclusive Powers, general Welfare, Taxes, Commerce, Naturalization, Bankruptcies, Weights and Measures, the Postal Service, Highway Systems, protecting American Inventions and Writings, the inferior federal court system, protecting our Trade Routes, the Common Defense, federal land management, and the Necessary and Proper Clause (Elastic Clause).

Wow, quite a bit for an hour class.  Join us and see if we finish through all of these topics.
