French Foreign Minister: Climate Chaos 500 Days and Counting

By Douglas V. Gibbs

Despite all of the evidence that the concept of man-made climate change is a bunch of hooey, and that the Earth warms and cools naturally as it has many times in history due to solar events and cycles, the global warming hysteria crowd has not only not given up the ghost, but they are still in league with doing as Al Gore and Ted Turner has done. . . making ridiculous predictions that will come and go to prove them wrong, and then adjust as necessary to protect their idiocy.

The latest climate change prophetic culprit?

Laurent Fabius is the French Foreign Minister, and while hanging out with Secretary of State John "Lurch" Kerry, and discussing all kinds of idiotic progressive fantasies, he finally landed on the man-made climate change hoax, proclaiming that only 500 days remains to avoid "climate chaos".

"Well, I’m very happy to be with John. There is no week without a phone call or a visit between John and myself, and we have on the agenda many items, many issues – Iran, because negotiations are resuming today; the question of Syria, and we shall meet next Thursday in London together; Ukraine as well; and very important issues, issue of climate change, climate chaos. And we have – as I said, we have 500 days to avoid climate chaos. And I know that President Obama and John Kerry himself are committed on this subject and I’m sure that with them, with a lot of other friends, we shall be able to reach success on this very important matter."

He didn't clarify what he meant would happen in 500 days.  Perhaps cities would suddenly submerge, or the day-after-tomorrow scenario like that in the environmentalist's fantasy of a movie, or like the scenario in the 2012 movie where we will need a bunch of huge arks to save life on this planet, would erupt and we'd be flash frozen, or perhaps a World War Z zombie apocalypse would hit (after all, the American Government is planning for such a scenario).

Kind of makes you wonder if the liberal left realizes Hollywood movies are not real.

With these people thinking that humans are parasites on this planet, perhaps that's when the killer robots will be unleashed by the IRS to go after political foes, or to kill us off to save the planet from SUVs and our massive exhale of carbon dioxide.

The French Foreign Minister apparently doesn't think we will all be dead in 500 days, however.  France is scheduled to host the "21st Conference of the Parties on Climate Change" in December 2015, about 565 days from now.
