I am a Rightwing Extremist. . . Are you?

By Don Jans

I AM A RIGHT WING EXTREMIST - ARE YOU?

Three months after Obama, head of the regime and Marxist/Progressives, came into power, the United States Department of Homeland Security sent a memo to police and sheriff departments throughout the United States warning them to be aware of right wing extremists. Included in the memo was a description detailing who this dangerous threat was. This was the criteria:

A person who objects to tax hikes is a right wing extremist.

A person who dislikes big government is a right wing extremist.

A person who would speak concernedly about the economy and unemployment is a right wing extremist.

A person who opposes abortion, gay marriage and gun control is a right wing extremist.

A person who is unimpressed by Obama is a right wing extremist.

BASED ON THESE CRITERIA, I AM A RIGHT WING EXTREMIST. I AM PROUD TO BE A RIGHT WING EXTREMIST. I AM JOINED BY A GROUP OF PEOPLE I CONSIDER TO BE GREAT AMERICANS INCLUDING SO MANY OF THOSE BRAVE PATRIOTS WHO FOUGHT AND DIED FOR OUR INDEPENDENCE. ARE YOU A PART OF THIS GROUP?

You are a right wing extremist if you oppose tax hikes. The founding fathers did not even provide for direct taxation by the federal government in the United States Constitution so much did they oppose a huge central government being able to directly confiscate the property of the individual. My income is as much my property as is my home, my company, my land, my stocks and any other private property I have. Direct taxation of my income is confiscation of my personal property.

Karl Marx had declared that a steeply progressive income tax was necessary to transform a free capitalistic society to a fair and just Marxist society before the United States ever had a direct tax to confiscate property of the individual. The Supreme Court declared a direct tax of an individual’s income as unconstitutional in the 18880’s. It took an amendment to the United States Constitution to make direct taxation of personal property legal. The debate of how much should be confiscated has been raging ever since, with right wing extremists saying less is better and Marxist/Progressives saying more is better. The more steeply progressive the better as Marx directed.

Those recent Americans, who would be right wing extremists according to Obama’s DHS would include, yes John F Kennedy who saw the wisdom of reducing taxes and allow citizens to keep more of their property so they could use it wisely. His tax cut was enacted after his assassination. It worked. And then of course the last true statesman in America, Ronald Reagan understood that true stimulus for any economy is allowing private citizens to keep their private property and was he proven correct. He cut both ordinary and capital gains rates and truly unleashed the sleeping giant. Remember when his predecessor said Americans would have to reduce their expectations? Reagan said Americans should raise their expectations and provided the environment to enable those new expectations to be achieved.

The founders, JFK, Ronald Reagan, me and so many others want to reduce taxes. That makes us right wing extremists. What about you?

You are a right wing extremist if you believe less government is good government and more government is bad government. The United States Constitution was written to protect against big government. The tenth amendment to the United States Constitution specifically reserves any power not granted to the federal government to the states and the people. I do not recall reading in the United States Constitution that the federal government had authority over education, health care or health care coverage, retirement, what I can build on my property and so many other abuses. Patrick Henry described the evils of government in this statement, “You will never be able to control the size of this government, if you give it that authority. It will become a gargantuan, uncontrollable thing that will feed upon itself.”

Thomas Jefferson said this about government in his first inaugural address, “Still one thing more, fellow citizens, a wise and frugal government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government; and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicities.”

Ronald Reagan explained his idea of big government this way, “Government exists to protect us from each other. Where government has gone beyond its limits is in deciding to protect us from ourselves.”

George F.W. Hagel, a Prussian philosopher stated that absolute freedom is when all rational decisions are made in absolute accordance with the universal dictates of the state. He had as devote students, Woodrow Wilson and Karl Marx. Obama, a disciple of Marx has said this, "you'll hear voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that's the root of all our problems, even as they do their best to gum up the works; or that tyranny always lurks just around the corner. You should reject these voices. Because what they suggest is that our brave, creative, unique experiment in self-rule is just a sham with which we can't be trusted."

Yes, we right wing extremists have believed those who have warned us about the evils of big government. We have believed as a country in the concept of rule of law and not arbitrary law. Because of this belief, we believed the United States Constitution would protect us. Now we learn Obama said to a Russian leader, “It doesn’t matter since for all intent and purposes the US Constitution is dead”.

I along with Patrick Henry, Thomas Jefferson, Ronald Reagan and so many others are right wing extremists because we believe big government corrupts. Hegal, Marx, Wilson and Obama believe in big government because it centralizes power and brings the conformity and control they desire. With whom do you side?

You are a right wing extremist if you speak concernedly about the economy and the employment picture. So many people fall into this category. I would say you are a fool if you are not concerned about the economy and the employment picture. A free capitalistic society should always be concerned. Those who believe in total control and centralization of all aspects of commerce would trivialize that concern. Obama learned well from Marx as it was Marx who taught him all aspects of commerce should be centralized and all proceeds of labor are to be shared fairly with all whether working or not. Since the economy is under total control of the central government and all people receive from that central source, the effects of unemployment are negated.

I am a right wing extremist because I believe in a free market system allowing the competitive forces of the market place to dictate commerce. Are you a right wing extremist that believes in a free market place?

You are a right wing extremist because you oppose abortion, gay marriage and gun control. Most people who oppose abortion and gay marriage do so because of the religious beliefs they hold. Most people who oppose gun control do so because they believe in the United States Constitution. It is this same document that says we have freedom of religion. The United States Constitution guarantees our freedom of religion by prohibiting the government from establishing a state religion. Yet, the government has declared me a right wing extremist because my religious beliefs teach me to oppose abortion and gay marriage. It is the religion of secularists that promote these concepts. This would be the establishment of the secularist religion; a direct violation of the United States Constitution as is the establishment of gun control which is really the first step to the elimination of gun ownership.

If I believe in the basic protections of the United States Constitution and its concept of rule of law, I am then a right wing extremist. Woodrow Wilson did not believe in the principles of the United States Constitution. He said “The Constitution was founded on the law of gravitation. The government was to exist and move by virtue of the efficacy of “checks and balances.” The trouble with the theory is that government is not a machine, but a living thing. It falls, not under the theory of the universe, but under the theory of organic life. It is accountable to Darwin, not to Newton. It is modified by its environment, necessitated by its tasks, shaped to its functions by the sheer pressure of life.” Wilson lived by the idea the United States Constitution meant whatever you wanted it to mean. The protection of a state religion not being instituted was good for the 1790’s but not necessarily for today. Obama described the United States Constitution as deeply flawed and outdated. Marx told us that established principles, religion and morality should be abolished. I am a right wing extremist because I believe in deeply held principles. I believe in the concept of rule of law. I believe the protections against big government and ultimately tyranny provided in the United States Constitution were sound principles when established and are sound today. I strongly disagree with Wilson, Obama and Marx. That would make me a right wing extremist according to the United States Department of Homeland Security. Are you a right wing extremist?

You are a right wing extremist if you are unimpressed with Obama. This declaration by an agency of the United States government is the most frightening of all. This declaration by an agency of the United States government is in direct contrast to everything we hold to be dear and true in this country. It is my right to be unimpressed with any government servant; that is at the very heart of everything we hold dear.

Throughout history the tyrant has always demanded his servants and subjects declare to him their undying faithfulness and admiration or they would indeed face the penalty of death. Ivan the lV (the terrible) killed his very own son in a fit of rage because his son did not show him the respect he desired. Others in this category would include Caligula, Genghis Khan, Robespierre, Stalin, Hitler, and Pinochet to name a few.

The precedent of all government officials, elected or unelected, serving at the wishes of the true ruler the people was established by our first president, George Washington. When he was offered the presidency for life he refused and established the two term limit that was honored until the 1930’s. All servants who accept the role of public service should understand respect must be earned and cannot be demanded. When the United Stated Department of Homeland Security declared me a right wing extremist because I am unimpressed with Obama, they declared that I am no longer a free and independent citizen. They declared that I no longer have the right to think and to act for myself. They declared that those public servants have now become rulers and I have become the servant. Therefore it is my duty as a servant to bow down and declare these rulers infallible. When I am ostracized by the government for exercising free thought, I am no longer living in a free country but I am living in a totalitarian state ruled by a tyrant.

I am unimpressed with Obama. I am a right wing extremist as declared so by the United States government. I do not agree with nor will I conform to the dictates of the likes of Caligula, Genghis Khan, Ivan IV, Robespierre, Stalin, Hitler, Pinochet, Obama and any other tyrant. With whom do you concur? Are you along with me, the founders and Reagan a right wing extremist?
