Reports are coming out of the Fort Lee Army base in the State of Virginia that there has been a shooting. The base in central Virginia reported there was an active shooter on base, and the base was put on lockdown. Active shooter protocols went into effect at about 9:30 a.m. An all clear was given at about 9:50 a.m.
The shooting was reported to happen at a four-story building on the base, which is the headquarters building for the base and houses the Combined Arms Support Command.
