Depends on the context. Does the GOP contingent need more perfidious purist backstabbers? Hell, no. Do they need more Reagan conservatives who know the necessity of being team players and understand the Eleventh Commandment? Hell, yes.
And do they need more members who grasp the stakes in the Middle East, the War Against Islamic Fundamentalism, and are willing to call a raghead a raghead?
Indubitably:
[W]hen Fox News’ Sean Hannity asked Cruz just how to manage the Islamic State (ISIS) when President Barack Obama doesn’t have a plan to fight them, Cruz’s response will impress you and leave you cheering.
Kinda hard to cheer when we know for a fact that not only will Senator Cruz's day-glo obvious advice not be taken, but the same LIVs and NIVs that voted for ISIS, in effect, twice are still the majority in this country and always will be, or at least until ISIS finishes beheading them all, and that won't come until after they've handed us our heads.
Come to think of it, perhaps the deal O will make with them is that they'll massacre all Jews, Christians, constitutionalists, conservatives, and Republicans, and the rest of the American population will dociley convert to Islam. A rather nifty way to eliminate his political opposition once and for all, huh? And somebody else does the actual "work," leaving him free for more golf and Galaga. He really is brilliant after all.
Oh, did I mention that by the latest polling, Republicans will not retake the Senate? Looks like Larry Wallenmeyer isn't going to get his wish.
