Do!; Obama's ISIS non-strategy will prolong the conflict, not win it; Obama's "historic" "anti-ISIS" speech succeeded in tone but failed in substance - or, in other words, it failed; Obama remains in reactive mode as we face threats from the Islamic State and across the globe; and another Morning Jolt.
