Clintonoid judge gives Mr. D'Souza a slightly less draconian sentence that will hurt him a little less catastrophically.
I understand from where Mr. D'Souza is coming in this vid. He's relieved. He was treated by the Obama Regime no differently from the way Alexander Solzhenitsyn was in the old Soviet Union. They did their best to make him a political prisoner. And frankly, I have no idea why the Donk federal judge didn't follow orders and "disappear" him. Which tells me that federal judge won't be a federal judge for very much longer, after which Mr. D'Souza will be double-jeoparied right into the slammer forever.
But let's be as sunnily optimistic as Mr. D'Souza is here. The very fact that he was so viciously persecuted for the capital crime of publicly vetting King Hussein is a heinous outrage that ought to have the hissing torches and pitchforks moving en masse. But they're not, are they? And Mr. D'Souza sure as hell isn't going to lead that charge, or any other. Don't expect any more Obama-vetting films from him or any "political" films whatsoever. Why? Fear. He made 2016: Obama's America, and came within a robed Obama capo's whim of being completely destroyed for it. If you think that won't have a chilling effect on the exercise of the First Amendment rights neither he nor the rest of us on the Right any longer functionally possess, you haven't been paying attention.
So even if The One couldn't send Dinesh D'Souza to the Alaska Gulag, he's ensured that nobody else will ever follow his "seditious" example.
