Tears from a 4-year-old are usually reserved for scratched knees and missing out on ice cream - not the founding fathers.
But one little girl named Ava was recently filmed having an emotional breakdown after learning she couldn't meet George Washington.
During a home-schooling session, Ava asked her mother 'Who lives in the White House?' and was shocked learn that he left 1600 Pennsylvania Ave more than two hundred years ago and is no longer alive.
Behind the camera, Ava's mother tries to soothe her to no avail. 'Please don't be sad. Maybe we can see our current president, President Barack Obama,' her mother says. But Ava only shakes her head, and continues to cry.
"At that time Jesus said, "I praise you, Father, LORD of heaven and Earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children."
I'm getting a little choked up myself.
I'm guessing if little Ava was in the socialized education collective, she'd be rejoicing that that racist tyrant is dead.
