Temecula Constitution Class: Basic Congressional Procedures

Tonight, we continue through Article I, wrapping up Sections 2 and 3, and digging deeper into Sections 4-7, so that we may understand the original intent regarding the rules, procedures, and authorities of Congress, federal elections, compensation, and the lawmaking process.
