I'm honestly not sure whether I should be outraged at the Black Klan's blasphemy, amused at their desperation, or shrug at their cynicism.
Here's the latest manifesto they've tweeted out. Judge for yourself:
Over time the battle for Black Liberation has evolved greatly, and so too has it’s [sic] voice. However, black churches across America, as a whole, have been largely silent in supporting the ongoing struggles against racism & systematic oppression.
Well, incitement to rioting, arson, murder, and cop-killing isn't exactly something that Jesus ever did, actually. In fact, when Peter whipped out a sword and whacked off the ear of the high priest's servant in the Garden of Gesthemane when Judas's mob came for Him, the LORD rebuked Peter and healed the man's ear on the spot, not grabbed a hammer and caved in his skull.
The time to use your collective voices in service for those without a voice is at hand.
For our people who embrace Protestant & Catholic beliefs it is important to know that the very Savior you revere was the revolutionary of his era.
Just not in the way you want the black church to think.
He spent his time not preaching to those who were already holy, but in servitude to the marginalized, the shunned, & the oppressed. And since we were cast in the shape of our Creator it is our duty to advocate for those who look like you. For us. For each other.
It shall take a combination of both prayer & practice in order to cease the senseless cycles of violence plaguing the Black Community & win us our true God given freedom.
"Senseless cycles of violence" being incited and driven BY the "black community" in order to win them the power to dominate the "white community" and avenge itself upon it for the sins of (some of) their ancestors, from which no current member of the "black community" has ever suffered, nor their ancestors going back half a dozen generations.
We cannot sit idly by in the comfort of our homes & church pews when the real battle must be fought in the streets, the same as Jesus Himself did.
You mean like, "My Kingdom is not of this world"? Or "Render unto Caesar what is Caesar's, and unto God what is God's." Unless y'all have unearthed the Gospel of Sharpton, I don't think there's any historical account of "Whadda we want? DEAD CENTURIONS! When do we want 'em? NOW!", or Christ climbing atop the Second Temple and shrieking, "Let's burn this bitch down!"
FIRST OBJECTIVE
To confront the Black Church goers with the truths that they often do not acknowledge.
Oh, they're all about confrontation, alright. Though primarily with lies, smears, and intimidation.
To spur our people into taking direct action in the communities they pray for.
By burning them down while they scream racist profanities.
To make the connection between Jesus and the people.
A people that couldn't be farther away from Jesus and still be within His creation.
We have decided to bring our burdens to your front door.
Which we will batter and burn down if you don't give us what we want.
#BlackChurch, we need you.
To lend moral legitimacy to their viciously blasphemous attempt to drag around what they still think exists - Jesus's corpse - in this racist Weekend At Sharpie's reprise.
Sounds like an insurrection's last gasp.
But who knows? Maybe they'll get to crucify some white cops before it's all said and done.
