It was my privilege and honor to participate in the Temecula Independence Day Parade as a representative of the Murrieta/Temecula Republican Assembly. Oscar was hanging on to the other side of the banner, with President of the organization, Bob Kowell, walking a short distance behind the banner. The MTRA has been in the area for over 18 years, and continues to be among the loudest and most respected conservative voices for the Republican Party in the Temecula Valley.
