Ohio Judges Forced To Perform Sodoweddings

by JASmius

Christian pastors (though never Muslim imams) will be next, mark my words:

Amid scattered instances of balking, Ohio judges who perform marriages cannot ethically or legally refuse to wed [homosexual] "couples," an arm of the Ohio Supreme Court counseled the jurists on Monday.

And, while some municipal, probate and county court judges do not perform any weddings, their refusal cannot be based on “personal, moral or religious objections” to [sodo]marriage, according to an advisory opinion.

The Board of Professional Conduct issued the opinion after it received requests for guidance following the U.S. Supreme Court’s 5-4 ruling [unconstitutionally] overturning Ohio’s constitutional ban on [sodo]marriage and [impos]ing it nationally on June 26th.

Ohio is hardly the first place in which this anti-Christian persecution has been going on, and it sure as shinola won't be the last.  And, as the quote indicates, the instances of Christians in the Ohio judiciary standing on the Bible in defiance of the SCOTUS have been "scattered," so it isn't as if the Ohio court system as a whole is going to prove much of an obstacle to the sodomizing of the Buckeye State.

But imagine for a moment that it was.  Picture a scenario in which the "instances of balking" weren't just scattered, but widespread, even universal, and deafening.  Mass jurisprudential civil disobedience which, in practical terms, would make it practically impossible for Hershey Highwaymen to "tie the knot".  Imagine further that this took place not just in Ohio, but across the country, everywhere outside night-"blue" States and enclaves, so that rump rangers couldn't defile the institution of marriage without massive deployments of federal troops to force local courts' cooperation literally at gunpoint.  In that scenario, to what alternatives could militant sodomites and carpet-munchers turn if not to judges or justices of the peace?

Answer: Christian and Catholic churches and Jewish synagogues.  Pastors, ministers, and priests.  The (non-Muslim) clergy.  Think there isn't a great deal of method behind this sexually retrograde madness?

Not that the Lavender Lobby isn't coming for the Brethren anyway, of course.  It's just that the capitulation of State and local jurists will enable their pace to be a bit more leisurely than it otherwise would have been.  We should simply be under no illusions about this being any manifestation of "mercy".  We will ALL be "gay" sooner or later, at the point of a gun.  It's only a matter of time.
