Vaccines: How many more shots do kids get today?

Vaccinations.  I get it.  We have driven a number of diseases out of this country because of vaccinations.  But at what point do we determine that we have gone too far?  When did the say of pharmaceutical companies become more important than the advise of my doctor?  I am not anti-vaccine, but when I see the number of vaccinations being pumped into our kids go up, I find out there is aborted fetal tissue in some vaccines, vaccines for sexually transmitted diseases are being applied before the age of two, and the government wants to make them mandatory, red flags go up.
