And is it coincidence that the Cubs really have a chance to reach the World Series? True, not against Miami, which turned out in reality to be a fellow National League team anyway, but if the Cubbies win the Bud Selig Trophy (or whatever they call it) for the first time in 107 years, I am going to mark out, as you know that every baseball and BTTF fan is going to be rooting for the Cubs.
UPDATE: Nope, the Cubs got swept by the Mets. I guess some things overwhelm even the ability of time travelers to change - and the power of love....
