The 22nd Amendment restricts the President of the United States to two terms, or ten years. One wonders, "Does this President seek to run for a third term?" On CBS's 60 Minutes, recently, President Barack Obama indicated that he believes he could win a third term if he were to run. Some people believe that this administration wants to impose martial law to keep Obama in office.
