And I can guarantee one and all that he has no idea that's what he's done:

Kerry gave no further detail about the identities or the number of the Americans who were killed. The U.S. official said that two Americans had been confirmed dead so far, and that there could be more. The official spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss the sensitive findings. …
At least four Americans are known to have been missing. State [Commissariat] spokesman Mark Toner said earlier this week that the U.S. Embassy was still working to account for all of its staff members in Belgium.
“We will not rest until we have eliminated your nihilistic beliefs and cowardice from the face of the Earth,” Kerry said, directing his remarks against Islamic State-connected attackers who have struck around the world. [emphasis added]
And then he doused a huge pile of Qur'ans with gasoline and opened up on them with a napalm-fueled flame-thrower. Or he may as well have, because that's what that sentence said.
So, when you clash with the unbelieving Infidels in battle, smite their necks until you overpower them, killing and wounding many of them. At length, when you have thoroughly subdued them, bind them firmly, making (them) captives. Thereafter either generosity or ransom until the war lays down its burdens. Thus are you commanded by God to continue carrying out Jihad against the unbelieving infidels until they submit to Islam. (Qur'an 47:4)
Sure sounds nihilistic to me. Although Lurch and his big-eared, "semi-retired" boss will, of course, never connect those dazzling dots, even as they skid back into the proverbial jaws of death.
Meanwhile, the enemy's master plan continues to systematically unfold:
The Islamic State (ISIS) is likely to next launch terror attacks in Russia and "ultimately, the United States," Breitbart reports.
An Arab intelligence official told the news service the belief is based on the interrogations of "hundreds of [jihadist]s" arrested in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Turkey and Europe....
"The information that we have collected tells us that the organization is bent on carrying out a massive attack in Russia," the source tells Breitbart's Jerusalem bureau.
"Many of the detainees said they are aware of Chechen jihadi[st]s who trained in Syria and Iraq in preparation for striking Russia."
The United States, according to the source, is also said to be on ISIS' radar.
I'll just bet we are. Which will be nominally more difficult for them only because of the greater distance and logistics involved compared to Europe's and Russia's close proximity and accessibility. But they've had a couple of years now to move fighters into place and infiltrate - heck, walk across in full view, in their black "uniforms," waving their flag while shooting off automatic rounds into the air - what once was our southern border. I don't think there's any "ultimately" about it - they're picking up their al Qaeda predecessors' North American offensive is near-term, even imminent, even as their attacks rage across Europe and Vlad Putin's front yard.
I actually love Lurch's highlighted words above. I just wish that anybody besides him had uttered them, because coming from him, he may as well have blown them with bubbles for all the tangibility they'll ever have.
I'd wager Caliph al-Baghdadi got a hearty guffaw or two out of them.
