Temecula Constitution Class: Land Management and Implied Powers

Last week we discussed militias, and Congress's authority and the States' authority to call up the militia - and authority that DOES NO belong to the President of the United States.

This week we will discuss the next clauses in Article I, Section 8, including how the federal government can own land, and the Necessary and Proper Clause.

The Temecula Constitution Class convenes at 6:30 pm at Faith Armory, 41669 Winchester Road, Temecula, CA 92590 each Thursday Night.

We meet for about an hour. The class is free.
