With Donald Trump as President Elect the liberal left knows that domestic energy is on his agenda, as is putting the Keystone Pipeline back into business.  Protesters of the pipeline, who have been active for a while, got to the point that they shut down North Dakota's capitol, Bismarck.  According to local authorities a "large number of protesters" gathered outside the capitol building Monday morning, causing security to lock-down the Capitol to avoid them gathering inside the building.
