In London, a bomb that did not fully explode rocked a packed rush-hour commuter train in London engulfing one of the cars in flames and injuring 22 people. The attack is Britain's fifth major terrorism incident this year. A huge manhunt is underway, but no arrests have been made as of yet.

In London, a bomb that did not fully explode rocked a packed rush-hour commuter train in London engulfing one of the cars in flames and injuring 22 people. The attack is Britain's fifth major terrorism incident this year. A huge manhunt is underway, but no arrests have been made as of yet.
The device was a bucket bomb and was detonated on the train at the Parsons Green Station. The explosion created a fireball and wall of flame through the packed train during the morning commute. Cameras at the location may have enabled authorities to identify a suspect.
