It is Sunday morning. A bird is sitting on the picnic table just outside the window of my office. My wife just came in to kiss my neck and tell me that she loves me. My daughter is at work earning money for a car. A movie about the U.S. Constitution is playing on the DVD player in my living room. I am alive, and I am sitting here typing on my computer.
What a wonderful world.
Thousands return to a safer Baghdad, the U.S. Economy continues to surge despite housing slowdown, and freaks claiming to be Christians (In my opinion they are Christians about as much as Bush is a Conservative - - - hardly) who protest funerals (Phelps Group) must pay $11 million for their actions.
What a wonderful world.
In the burn zone in Southern California more residents return home, children got to dress up for Halloween and get candy from neighbors, and America remains the light of freedom for the world.
What a wonderful world.
Obama had some fun picking on Hillary on Saturday Night Live, Hillary isn't president (meaning we are not a Socialist Republic - yet), and I am allowed to write freely on this blog without some fairness doctrine or government agency dictating what I say.
What a wonderful world.
And if you listened to my last radio show you know that I can walk, smile, talk, and do the many things that doctors never expected me to be able to do. I am alive, and I am free. There are men and women around the world fighting to defend my freedoms, our liberties, and the security of America.
What a wonderful world.
