The liberal left constantly proclaims separation of church and state. God has been removed from public displays, and is now under threat of being removed from our money, and from the Pledge of Allegience. In fact, in the face of the Hate Crimes bills (H.R. 1913, S. 909) currently up for vote, Christianity is under the threat of being federally criminalized. Yet, Hawaii's lawmakers overwhelmingly approved a bill to celebrate "Islam Day" by a 22-3 vote.
The explanation was that Hawaii is a state of tolerance.
Tolerance for an ideology that wants to kill all Christians, wipe Israel off the map, convert people into the Muslim religion by violent force, and overtake the West by domination over the infidels - but no tolerance for Christianity which teaches free will, voluntary conversion, love for one's neighbor, and supporting freedom of religion.
What is wrong with this picture?
