In the video a mother is testifying regarding the fact that her 11 year old daughter was told by her teacher to draw a picture of an ejaculation.
One word comes to my mind regarding this: outrage!
An 11 year old girl was forced to draw a picture of an ejaculating penis, and the school has a lawyer defending the action, asking at the end of the video is there was any advanced notification given regarding the homework assignment. Why would whether or not advanced notification of an event was given even be asked when the even should have never been considered?
The teacher, and the principal, should not even have jobs anymore, in my opinion.
