"The View" co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar stormed off the set when Fox News personality Bill O'Reilly, during a discussion about the Ground Zero mosque, said that "Muslims killed us on 9/11." O'Reilly was explaining how the erection of the mosque is "inappropriate."
Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar took issue with O'Reilly's failure to use the politically correct version by adding the word "extremist" before "Muslims."
"Muslims didn't kill us on 9/11?" O'Reilly asked. "Is that what you're saying?"
Goldberg called O'Reilly an "extremist" as several of the co-hosts responded to O'Reilly's statement that "Muslims" -- and not Muslim radicals, extremists or terrorists -- killed "us" on 9/11.
In response to O'Reilly's statement, Behar and Goldberg left the studio.
Barbara Walters offered a weak apology, and then continued the assault on O'Reilly.
What amazes me is how important freedom of religion is to liberals in regards to Muslims, yet when it comes to Christians, they are quite critical.
Oh, and isn't it incredible how liberals throw their hands up and walk away like that? Typical, isn't it? Why not complete the discussion?
