Supreme Court agrees to hear health-care law challenge
The Supreme Court said Monday it will hear a challenge to the health-care overhaul act passed in 2010, with a decision on President Obama’s most controversial domestic achievement likely to come in the summer of his reelection campaign.
Remember, the courts do not have any legislative powers. Their ruling will be an opinion that should be considered by the Congress, but the ruling will not legally affect the law in any way. Obamacare can only be technically struck down legislatively.
