Bill Clinton: Don't Give Away Al Gore's Internet

by JASmius

Perhaps there's a perceived proprietary interest at stake?

OTOH, I don't recall that there was all that much in the way of loyalty between Mr. Bill and Fat Albert at the end of their association.  So what other purpose would Sick Willie have for taking such a high-profile swipe at The One?

I kid.  Obviously it's part of Hillary!'s 2016 "distancing" strategy.  Heck, if O was planning to leave office when he's constitutionally required to, I might even suspect that that was part of why he announced his intention to surrender the Internet, confident in the under-the-table assurances that Mrs. Clinton will make no attempt to get the 'Net back once she's safely in the Oval Office.

Happily, the only time she'll ever enter the White House again is as a tourist.  Unhappily, even in the best case scenario of a President Scott Walker, I fear, once the Internet as we've known it is gone, it'll be gone for good.
