Brooklyn Judge Releases Second Aspiring Cop-Killer In Two Days

by JASmius

A pro-insurrectionary Gotham judge has decided to create her own mass jail break:

Criminal Court Judge Laura Johnson blatantly disregarded an Office of Court Administration boss who said she “should be setting an example to the public that threatening or assaulting police officers isn’t an acceptable thing,” a courthouse source said.

The admonishment came in the wake of Saturday’s execution-style slayings of two NYPD cops as they sat in a patrol car in Brooklyn.

“The court administrator told her she exercised poor judgment, and that she had a case on later that night, and that she should exercise better judgment in that case,” the source said.

“It was a stern conversation,” the source added. “And she totally ignored it.”

Believe it or not, Judge Johnson wasn't appointed by Sandanista Mayor Bill de Blasio, but his anti-gun nut predecessor Michael Bloomberg.  Not that that's a distinction with a difference or anything

There is a word for Judge Johnson's actions; can you guess what it is?  I'll give you a few minutes to come up with the answer.....

.....Give up?  The answer is: nullification.  Judge Johnson doesn't like the law, doesn't think black insurrectionists should be locked up, but rather celebrated and facilitated, and so she is simply refusing to apply it by turning them all loose to kill cops instead.  It's the judicial equivalent of Barack Obama's unlawful Executive amnesty decree.  Or, in the words of Admiral Kirk in Star Trek III, after his superior Admiral Morrow denied him permission to take the decommissioned Enterprise to the Genesis Planet to recover Spock's remains, "The answer is no; I am therefore going anyway."

Exit question: Does it strike you as odd that some of us on the Right talk about nullification but it's the Left that's actually doing it?
