Lois Lerner, Lisa Jackson, Hillary Clinton, now Eric "The Red" Holder - if we get any more aliases dumped into the Regime email mix, Barack Obama will have to appoint Jennifer Garner....
as his next IT czar:
Attorney General Eric Holder has used three email aliases to conduct government business over the past six years, a Justice Department official revealed Tuesday.
All three email aliases, including the one Holder currently uses, are official Justice Department addresses on the @usdoj.gov domain, the official told the Huffington Post.
So at least we're not dealing with this "I broke no laws by conducting official government business via private email accounts in direct violation of federal law, and besides, the law doesn't apply to me" codswallop.
But we're not spared the intelligence-insulting alibis:
Holder has used the aliases to prevent spam and to keep his inbox from being overwhelmed by the public, not to avoid transparency, the official said. The addresses were known to DOJ officials handling Freedom of Information Act requests and congressional inquiries, according to the official.
A federal agency with a budget in the tens of billions, and they can't afford spam filtering software? Really? Even my Outlook program filters spam.
“The Attorney General uses a Justice Department email address to conduct official business. As with many Cabinet officials, he does not use his given name in the handle of his email address,” Justice Department spokesman Brian Fallon said in a statement. “This practice is similar to using initials or numbers in an email address and helps guard against security risks and prevent his inbox from being needlessly inundated. It does not in any way impact compliance with FOIA requests. The Attorney General’s email address is known to the individuals who process FOIA requests, and his emails are regularly produced, albeit with his exact address redacted.”
See? He had to dispense with transparency in the interests of security! What a patriotic guy! In addition to which, he's not nearly as bad as Hillary Clinton! What a relief, huh?!
I guess what I'm not grasping about this is how people of such stupendous, "Hey, look at me, I'm God!" egos can possibly choose to be so furtive about what they're doing. I mean, it's not like Barack Obama's despotism is any kind of secret anymore. Far more so this junta's hardcore "opacity". They seem to be more than abundantly proud of both, and yet they all hide behind email aliases? I don't get it.
And, evidently, none of us will. Because we "smelly barbarians" aren't entitled to any explanations. After all, who do we think rules this country? We, The People?
