Reactionary Band of Sheeple

The brilliance of the Democrats during the Obama administration is that they've finally figured out how to lead people around by the nose.  After over a century of herding the masses into population centers so that they may huddle together waiting for the next command, while making them dependent upon government, the liberal left progressives have established a method for herding them around with other reactionary mechanisms, as well.  It's gotten to the point where they don't even have to be led to the next reaction.  The masses have been trained so well, and for so long, that they automatically flock to the next inane guidepost.  And these people do it without realizing that they are nothing more than tools, nor thinking about what is happening when it comes to the big picture.

Racism has become, under Obama, a very powerful prod for the Democrat Party sheeple herders.  They wait for an event to happen, poke with their prod by saying the right key words, and off the herd goes destroying everything in its path.  From riots, to demands to ban historical icons, the mindless automatons under the control of the leftist sheeple herders jump at every command.

It doesn't matter if it is all a contradiction, or if just yesterday the Democrat politician stood for the other side.  The massive band of sheeple have been moved to the grazing land of destroying America, burning confederate icons (books will be next), and siding with people that in the end wish to control them through totalitarian methods.  Never mind that less than 2% of Americans owned slaves in 1860, at the height of slavery.  Never mind that States had been abolishing slavery as early as prior to the Revolutionary War.  Never mind that the American Civil War began over the question of whether the federal government should be able to forcefully dictate to States what they can and can't do.  As far as the mindless follower of the Democrat sheeple herders is concerned, all white people owned slaves, all white people would own slaves if they could in today's society, and therefore all white people must be made to pay for that.  Any symbol that is a reminder of the time period in which slavery existed in America must be destroyed, they demand.  Tear down the vestiges of history, destroy monuments and gravestones.  It is worse than being book burners.

The liberal left believe that they are the righteous ones.  Moral supremacy.  To target for destruction anything that would offend the sensibilities of their opposition would be wrong, but eliminating things that offend the sensibilities of the leftists is just fine.  It is offensive for God to be outside the four walls of the church, and for the name of God to even be breathed by any politician, yet flaunting one's sexual lifestyle for all to see is fine, and homosexuals are welcome to have political lobbying groups.  It is offensive for icons from the War Between the States to be seen in public, because the South once supported slavery, but it is a sign of hatred if you dare breath a word against Islam which still practices slavery and has vowed to destroy America, and the American way of life.

Hypocrisy doesn't exist in the minds of the liberal left, unless they catch their opposition acting in a manner they consider to be hypocritical (despite the reality of if it was hypocritical, or not).  All that matters to the leadership of leftism is the end result.  The ends justify the means.  And the people that follow the statists, and believe their tripe, are happy to be led by the nose to the next idiotic stage of the journey towards bondage.

Riots.  Calls to ban icons of history.  Government Control.  All of this has been present during the Obama administration.  At what point does a Democrat Voter scream, "Enough! Let me off of the caravan."

But, they don't.  They gladly ride in the caravan, reacting to everything the liberal left wants them to react to, not realizing that they are not in a caravan, after all, but a boxcar headed to the same madness that we've seen countless times in history, where the ruling elite proclaim themselves to be the master race, or the master ideology, and any that do not join, conform, and obey will be destroyed.

The ovens have already been lit.
