Actually....in this case "what they did" has a great deal to do with "where they're from," because in Muslim culture women are basically property, have no rights, and are sexual playthings for Muslim men - all things that are sulfurically anti-feminist and yet never get condemned by Western feminazis, who are evidently aspiring harem girls or something, even though none of them remotely have the looks for it - and as Muslims always do, they are bringing their culture with them to, in this case, Germany, and demanding that their hosts - in this case, Germany - conform local culture to theirs.
In other words, roaming Muzzie rape gangs are to be the norm in German cities (and French cities, and Spanish cities, and Scandinavian cities, and Italian cities, and east European cities, and American cities, and...) because they're not your cities anymore, they're theirs. Just like Germany is no longer your country anymore, it's now 'almania (ألمانيا), and you will be made to submit to your new Islamic overlords, one rape and bombing at a time.

Cologne’s mayor has been widely criticised for suggesting that women “keep at an arm’s length” from strangers to avoid sexual harassment, after scores of women were sexually abused and mugged in the city during new year celebrations.
Asked by a journalist how women could protect themselves, Henriette Reker said: “There’s always the possibility of keeping a certain distance of more than an arm’s length – that is to say to make sure yourself you don’t look to be too close to people who are not known to you, and to whom you don’t have a trusting relationship”…
Reker also advised women to “stick together in groups, don’t get split up, even if you’re in a party mood”.
Seriously? "Keep at arm's length"? That's her "solution"? Isn't that kind of hard to do when you're surrounded by a Muslim rape gang that doesn't give you that option? Does the victim above look like she was able to keep her Islamic attackers "at arm's length"?
If Mayor Reker wants to actually enable German women to protect themselves, we've got a viable suggestion for her....
....but why should German women have to protect themselves at all from roving Muslim rape gangs? Why not capture them, arrest them, and deport their asses back to where they came from? Why are the Germans prostrating themselves before these animals? And, really, all of Europe with them? What's it going to take to get them to finally wake up and reassert their own Christian heritage and culture? Because if they don't, as we've discussed here before, the alternative is the re-fasciszation of Europe, just like the now-old Middle East autocracies like Mubarek's Egypt, Assad's Syria, Saddam Hussein's Iraq, the Shah of Iran, who held down their jihadist savages and kept them at bay by means of effective police states. Ultimately, in a de facto siege situation, people will always choose security over liberty. Every time.
But, even more to the point, where are the feminists in all of this? Here is an honest-to-God, real-life, deliberately imported "rape culture" jizzing them right in the face and the crickets are absolutely deafening.
If Hillary Clinton wants her feminist bona fides to be taken seriously, let her speak up for and defend these German women and call for the mass deportation of Muslims back to the Middle East. Unless and until she's willing to do that, let her shut the hell up.
