Hurricane Irma Aims for Florida

As Texas prepares to rebuild with an $8 billion start by the federal government, and California battles over thirty wildfires, Hurricane Irma reached Category 5 with 185 mph winds in the Atlantic Ocean making it the strongest storm ever recorded, and Irma has turned her crosshairs towards the State of Florida.

Florida residents are scrambling to either get out of the area, or stock up as they prepare to ride out the storm.  Potential landfall on South Florida is estimated to be Friday Night, with the hurricane tearing through the State over the weekend.

Governor Rick Scott declared a state of emergency in all of Florida’s 67 counties.

President Donald Trump "offered the full resources of the federal government".

As of 11 p.m. Monday, hurricane warnings were in effect for Antigua, Barbuda, Anguilla, Montserrat, St. Kitts, Nevis, Saba, St. Eustatius, and Sint Maarten, Saint Martin and Saint Barthelemy, British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Vieques, and Culebra. The storm was about 410 miles east of the islands.

The National Hurricane Center said Puerto Rico could get as many as four feet of rain on the northern coast.

Irma is considered a “Cape Verde hurricane” which frequently become some of the largest and most intense storms. Hurricanes Hugo, Floyd and Ivan were Cape Verdes, forming in the far eastern Atlantic — near the Cape Verde Islands — and tracking across the ocean.

Labor Day: Celebration of Socialism

I went to a conservative meeting this morning.  I had another one tonight, but decided to stay home and work on my website and next book.  I never stop laboring, if I can help it.  I didn't even realize it was Labor Day until I heard it mentioned on the television today.

But, here we are, Labor Day 2017.

Today is the day of the year that Americans celebrate the rise of the working class against the bourgeoisie on this side of the Atlantic.  I get it, labor unions emerged to protect the workers, and to encourage legislation to guarantee those protections. A very worthy cause, on the surface. But, that was not the real reason behind the rise of labor unions.  It was to get America ready for a worker's revolution.  Socialism.  Communism.  A collective utopia where the means of production is controlled by government, and everyone is expected to live in a fair and equal society of homogeneity (gray, sexless, society of autonomous drones who have no individuality, and only live to contribute to the community).

Marxist socialism was the inspiration for the labor movement.  Since then, the labor unions have become nothing less than money laundering operations for socialist politicians.

The goal, then, and now, has been, and is, to destroy the private sector.  They know that the massive pensions, cadillac health insurance plans and the rest of the system of benefits are a bad deal for private corporations.  They know that the labor unions are forcing corporations into economic distress with unsustainable programs.  That's the point.  They are socialists.  They are there to destroy the private sector, to move the means of production into the hands of the government, and send the corporations into bankruptcy.  They wish to financially break the shareholders, and force the private sector into calling out to the government for a bailout, and eventually a buy-out.

If the private unions really cared about the workers, and the American economy, they would not be striking deals that destroy the private sector, and result in the loss of jobs.

Labor Day is the celebration of the proletariat, a holiday brought on by the labor union movement, a federal holiday celebrating the rise of the insertion of socialism into our American System.

History moved things in such a way that it's hard to argue against what happened.  During the mid-1800s, after continued abuses by manufacturers, labor unions rose up.  The private business owners were portrayed as monsters, and in many ways, properly so.  The inspiration for the first American Labor Day came from an alliance between the American Federation of Labor (AFL), craft unions, and local central labor federations in 1882 (during the birthing of the Progressive Era, and during the height of fabianism).  Waves of strikes followed lasting through the middle of the 1890s, reaching a crescendo that called out the police, and ultimately the army, to control the situation. The Pullman Strike, led by future Socialist presidential candidate Eugene V. Debs in 1894, was crushed, and Debs was imprisoned for his involvement. The problem was being pushed to a breaking point, and the socialists were salivating at the opportunities being provided by the clashes.

That's how socialism embeds itself into societies. . . during times of civil unrest.  They create mob violence so that they can squeeze into leadership roles, not only without people really realizing what's going on, but in a manner that is welcomed because of their false promises and rhetoric.

In the Northeast the unions and federations had traditions of summer holidays, and the government decided a day for labor where beer drinking and family fun was the plan of the day would help quell the unrest. Shortly after the end of the Pullman Strike, Democrat President Grover Cleveland rushed a bill recognizing Labor Day through Congress. The Democrats had been bruised by the fact that they were largely behind calling in the police and army, and needed a way to mend fences, and create an image that they supported the workers.  The labor movement was growing, and the Democrats saw the potential of pulling in more votes if they'd just latch on to the instigators of the violence.

Not a single elected official in Congress voted against this measure presented by President Cleveland.

President Cleveland chose a September date in order to set the American holiday off from European Mayday (after all, he didn't want everyone to realize the socialist nature of the holiday). An AFL resolution of 1909 declared the first Sunday to be the proper Labor Day, and eventually all States and the District of Columbia affirmed the holiday status for their residents. In 1968 Congress passed the Uniform Monday Holiday Act. The act moved several federal holidays, including Labor Day, to Mondays, and Labor Day has been celebrated on the first Monday of September ever since.

Labor Day, while its rise seems innocent enough, is the one day of the year that Marx's wage slavery is recognized in America.

Labor Day, we are told, was something created with the greatest of intentions. But, it wasn't.  As with all of the other socialist advances in our American System, it was a designed attack against liberty, individualism, and our free market system.  Labor Day is the celebration of collectivism, and by design, the labor movement has become something determined to undermine the private sector, to hinder the free market, and to destroy capitalism.

To celebrate Labor Day is to celebrate the rise of a communist revolution in America.

Anti-Trump Arrogance is Actually Anti-Conservative Arrogance

"How could you possibly support that racist," screamed someone at me from their car in the next lane, after getting a load of my "Trump" bumper sticker.

The fact is, it didn't matter who won the election.  The Alinsky-style political combat was being prepared for whoever became President, no matter who it was, if it was anyone other than Hillary Clinton.

Karl Marx said that, "The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism," and that is what the liberal left socialist commie progressive Democrats are shooting for.  They are obsessed in their opposition to anything Republican, conservative, and not-liberal because they want a single-party system where there is no opposition, nor is there any history of anything other than what they want you to believe and think.

Tear down the statues, rewrite the history books, and retell the news in a manner only approved by the leftist elites.

The interesting thing is that in their arrogance they are projecting themselves onto their declared opposition, and expect us not to notice that their claims of fascism, authoritarianism and bigoted racism against the "right-wing" is actually the liberal left socialist statist elites speaking about themselves.

"He's among the most unpopular presidents ever," another liberal Democrat once shouted at me.  Realize, that's coming from a member of a political ideology who was 100% convinced that Hillary Clinton was heir-apparent for the presidential throne.

If you couldn't believe THOSE polls, what makes you think THESE polls are even close to accurate?  President Trump is likely over 50% in his approval, but the media would rather you believe that achieving political approval is only possible if you move to the center, and you cater to racial groups individually through identity politics.  Appealing to "Americans" in general is racist, I hear.  That's the source of Trump's bigotry, they say.  Trump hates immigrants, therefore, everyone who voted for him are a bunch of xenophobes.

Problem is, their premise is based on a false assumption.  Immigration is a wonderful thing. Immigrants are people who desire to come to the United States, apply for that privilege, and then go through the legal process that is in place so that they may achieve their dream.  I love immigrants.  My wife is an immigrant.  Trump's wife is an immigrant!

Illegal aliens are not immigrants. They are federal fugitives who broke the law and refused to follow immigration protocols that are in place largely in order to protect the receiving population from disease, criminals, or other persons who do not pose as a safe entrant into the United States.

Jim Acosta tried to accost Trump with an attack of his own, not long ago.  The CNN correspondent shot out, “This whole notion of they have to learn English before they get to the United States, are we just going to bring in people from Great Britain and Australia?”

Stephen Miller, the Trump spokesperson of the moment, first educated Acosta regarding the ignorance of his remark, and then called the Democrat Party Media's attitude towards people a "soft bigotry of low expectations."  He basically slammed the leftist media for their arrogant attitude of elitism.  They expect the downtrodden to be idiots, and to fail, therefore, in their arrogance they must be the saviors with big government to save the downtrodden from making it worse on themselves.

Cosmopolitan smugness.  The blacks and Hispanics of this country, according to the liberal left Democrats, are too feeble to help themselves, therefore, the elite arrogant political class must pay them to stay poor, otherwise, they'll live even worse than that if they try to take care of themselves.  Equal misery, after all, is better than failing when you try to make a better life for yourself. . . because, according to the Democrats, you will fail. . . unless you are a part of the "1%".  It is their task, the job of the political elite, to force society to take care of you. Then, if you are still miserable on the Democrat Plantation that has been provided for you through government benefits and entitlements, it's not the fault of the government, it's the fault of the people who aren't miserable.  They have somehow stolen your opportunity to have a higher minimum wage, or an automatic living condition, and must be forced through government mandate and a redistribution of wealth to either pay for your comfort, or be miserable with you.

“This is an amazing moment,” said Stephen Miller to Acosta, “that you think only people from Great Britain or Australia would speak English is so insulting to millions of hardworking immigrants who do speak English from all over the world.”

English, for example, is the language of aviation.  If you are an aviator from any country, if you are going to deal with an airport, you better know English.  That said, 54 sovereign countries in the world have English as their official language.

The Democrats (and leftist establishment Republicans), from Mr. Acosta's point of view, are there to save the day because everyone else is too stupid to pull themselves up by the bootstraps.  The leftist elite are society’s all-knowing benefactors, there to teach, guide, engineer socially, and make sure everyone is equally miserable because unequally (because of a difference in talents and breaks and reality, not the factors the liberal left claims are in place) successful and free is just not acceptable to them.

The big cities have been under leftist Democrat control for decades, and even nearly a century in some cases.  Are they better off?  Are the members of those dysfunctional communities doing well?  Success is not exactly a major export of Democrat controlled areas of the country, unless someone like a Ben Carson or Larry Elder work their tales off to break out of the Democrat Party controlled city plantations.

Overbearing and incompetent government bureaucracy has robbed these people of their liberty.

“In the inner-cities, where we have food deserts (zones where mainstream grocery outlets have removed their stores), those people have never experienced liberty.  They don’t know what liberty is, and from what they’ve been told, they don’t want it.”

The words by the black pastor from Ohio lingered in my mind.  I feared the task ahead of me may be more like teaching a person blind from birth the magnificence of the colors of a rainbow. 

“They don’t know what they don’t know.”

Their American Liberty has been stolen from them.  The promise of government dependence has sucked every last ounce of hope from the people in the inner-cities.  They don't know that Republicans (theoretically) are for limited government and more freedom; that a free market economy grows the financial pie for everyone.  Liberty is not a bad word.

Instead, the failures of progressive politics who have doomed the cities with their failed leftists strategies now want to do the same to the entire country, and they ridicule anyone who dares to stand in their way as racists and bigots and fascists.  The truth is, it is the liberal left who are the racists and bigots and fascists.  In history, it was the dictators and fascists and socialists and communists who wished to control health care, manage foreign policy with a appeasement-born style, and it was those authoritarians in history who wanted to determine who gets to succeed and who should be on the government dole.  It is the Democrat Party's history that supported slavery, Jim Crow laws, created the KKK, voted against the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and have been colluding with Russia all along.  It was Ted Kennedy who worked with the KGB to try and stop Ronald Reagan's second term.  It was Bill and Hillary Clinton who sold Russia uranium in exchange for speeches and cash and so forth, and Bill Clinton who sold our military secrets to China.

Why?

Because they have a lot in common with the fascists, communists, socialists, white nationalists, and everyone else they claim they hate. . . because like all of the boogeymen the liberal left claim are "alt-right," and like every authoritarian statist in the last couple centuries, the Democrats hate something that goes way beyond Trump or any Republican. They hate America as it was founded.  They hate Christians and are willing to destroy them for daring to oppose them.  They hate the sanctity of life and are willing to appeal to our children to keep their ritualistic sacrifice of innocent human blood legal.  They are willing to welcome an enemy who openly proclaims they hate America through the guise of "saving refugees," and falsely claiming "it's good for us" to damage their opposition and the American System.  They say they support free speech, as long as it doesn't disagree with them.  They are willing to coddle mental illness and use taxpayer money to fund genital mutilation to get votes and destroy America's moral compass.  They are even willing to use mob-violence to block emergency services, allowing people to die, or telling the police to "stand-down" for a false flag maneuver in Charlottesville, to get their way.  They even have sacrificed our children's education (and when I say leftists, I mean those in the GOP as well) in order to destroy the American System and hand it over to a scheme of centralized group-think governance.  They hate freedom, limited government, a free-market economic system and God's definition of equality (rather than Marx's).  In truth, their smug arrogance is the arrogance of past kings and dictators who thought they could destroy America. . . and lost.  In the end, the truth is, the enemy is within, and we still haven't figured out that the liberal left is waging war against us.  We keep trying to convince ourselves it's not that serious, that it's simply a political misunderstanding, or difference in opinion.

We see it as a simple disagreement.  They see it as an all-out revolution for the soul of America.

On This Day: Treaty of Paris

On this day in American History the Treaty of Paris was signed in Paris.  The treaty was signed by representatives of King George III of Great Britain and representatives of the United States of America to end the American Revolutionary War.  The date was September 3, 1783.

The treaty was signed seven years after the Declaration of Independence in 1776, and more than eight years after the first shots of the American Revolution were fired at Lexington Green, April 19, 1775.

Three years after the signing of the Treaty of Paris, delegates would meet in Annapolis to determine the fate of the new U.S. Government.  They agreed to meet again in May of 1787 to fix the Articles of Convention, but what came out of the 1787 Philadelphia Convention was a new constitution establishing a new federal government.

Despite all of the work of the new country in establishing itself, Britain was never willing to recognize the national sovereignty of the United States.  On June 18, 1812 the United States found itself at war with Britain again, with this war lasting nearly three years.  Some historians refer to The War of 1812 as being America's Second Revolution.

From Texas Flooding to California Wildfires

In addition to the flooding in Houston as a result of Hurricane Harvey, West Houston was flooded when the floodgates of a nearby dam were thrown open.

In California, while Texas is fighting the wet stuff, wildfires are emerging.  As I drove home from the radio studio in Beaumont yesterday, I saw smoke rising from Yucaipa.

The Palmer fire is burning from Redlands to the edge of Beaumont's realm of influence.  In Redlands many residents were ordered to evacuate their homes Saturday afternoon.  The fire has consumed, so far, about 3,200 acres.

The fire began in Beaumont near San Timoteo Canyon Road and Fisherman’s Retreat.

The blaze broke out as a result of someone setting off fireworks, according to Cal Fire.

In northern California the town of Oroville is under the threat of a massive wildfire.  California Governor Jerry Brown on Friday issued an emergency declaration for the wildfire.  The blaze was started on purpose, and the suspect has already been charged with arson.

The Ponderosa Fire has burned nearly 4,000 acres, has destroyed 30 homes, and is threatening 500 more homes in the area.

According to Cal Fire's statewide map, 32 fires are currently burning in California.

The one getting the most press, however, is near Burbank.

The La Tuna fire has burned more than 5,000 acres in the Verdugo Mountains area.

Hundreds of firefighters battled the blaze overnight and into the morning, and at one point, the flames were spreading in four directions amid intense heat and wild winds. Three homes have burned, but no injuries have been reported, officials said Saturday.

Sunday will also have triple-digit temperatures in some inland areas of Southern California as a heat wave that has gripped the state continues.

Burbank recorded a high of 100 about 2 p.m. while the thermometer hit 95 in the Little Tujunga area, according the National Weather Service in Oxnard.  Parts of the Inland Empire topped 108.

More than 700 homes in the area are under evacuation, including 300 in Burbank, 250 in Glendale and 180 in Los Angeles, officials said.

North Korea Claims Seismic Activity was a Hydrogen Bomb

A 6.3-magnitude event was detected in North Korea. The blast was located near a site where North Korea has detonated nuclear devices in the past.  A second event occurred shortly after.  The second blast was a 4.1-magnitude seismic event.  Hours later, North Korea announced it successfully conducted a test of an extraordinarily powerful hydrogen bomb meant to be loaded onto an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).

State run media in North Korea is calling the test a "complete success," adding that the "two-stage thermonuclear weapon" had "unprecedented" strength.

If the seismic activity was indeed a nuclear or Indeed, this latest test was the most powerful of North Korea's six nuclear tests.

New sanctions are on the way, and it has been suggested the Trump administration will be willing to cut off all U.S. trade with any country that chooses to do business with North Korea.

“It's clear that this behavior is completely unacceptable," Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin said of the test on "Fox News Sunday." "We've already started with sanctions against North Korea, but I'm going to start a sanctions package to send to the president, for his strong consideration, that anybody that wants to do trade or business with them would be prevented from doing trade or business with us."

Mnuchin added that the U.S. will work with allies and China as it takes steps to more forcefully cut off North Korea from the global economy.

Sonic Attacks Against U.S. in Cuba

Two of my grandchildren, ages six and nine, saw the headline, and asked, "Sonic is real?"

Sonic attacks injure 19 US diplomats based at embassy in Cuba.

They were referring to the blue video game and cartoon character.  The headline was referring to something different, entirely.  It became a teachable moment. I explained what was meant by "sonic."  In the most simplified terms for the kids, I explained that sonic is sound vibrations - and in this case, intense sound vibrations.

The sonic attack is a very serious one, and the source of the attacks are not known.  U.S. diplomats targeted by sonic attacks in Cuba have suffered permanent hearing loss, brain swelling, loss of balance and concussion.  Reports reveal that 19 members of the United States government based at the American embassy in Havana have been affected by the use of a covert sonic device.

Officials had previously said the attacks ended in spring 2017, but it has now been revealed there was a further incident last month.

An investigation is currently underway.

There has been a Canadian victim as well, but it has not been determined if the Canadian was intentionally targeted, or was collateral damage from an attack aimed at Americans.

While former President Barack Obama eliminated the embargo against Cuba in 2015, under President Trump the relationship between communist Cuba and the United States remains strained.  President Donald Trump has tightened travel restrictions and trade embargoes.

Texans Show Power of Individualism and Community

Conservatives believe in community, just not through government mandate.  When individuals do great things, it is good for the community at-large.  When Katrina slammed into New Orleans, the liberal lefties called for more government.  When Harvey slammed into Texas, the Texans called for more people to do more, and more have.

This is not to say that Texas will not accept help.  Trump is on the ground in Texas to provide what the federal government can provide.  He's a builder, that is what he does, and FEMA is already ready to help Houston rebuild.  But, the stories coming out of Texas are amazing.  Texans have been there for each other, pulling each other out of the water, and doing what they can with what they have.  Human chains pulling people from houses.  Helping each other with new evacuations.  Boats brought in as flood waters continue to rise in West Houston.  Texas has shown us the strength of individuals in America, and how to respond to one's American brothers and sisters when they are in need.

Southern Poverty Law Center: Projecting Hate

On August 20, 2017 I attended the American Freedom Alliance Summer Conference.  I am a fellow of the organization, as a matter of fact.  The conference was titled, "California: From Gold to Dust".  Here in California we have been under decades of liberal left Democrat Party control, and the State has suffered immensely as a result.  What has caused this catastrophic collapse of a once great State?

A number of speakers were brought in, and were arranged to serve on various panels so as to address the problems facing California.  Some of the topics were environmentalism, the illegal alien invasion, and economic decisions made by the Democrats regarding taxation, spending, and various other economic and political decisions.  I took rabid notes regarding each panel and each topic, fully expecting to put an article out shortly after the event.  However, my schedule made it difficult to find the time to put it all down.  I was sure I would write the article, but it was looking more and more like it might have to wait a few weeks.

Then, after a few days, I discovered I was not the only one in the room taking notes with the intent to write an article.  The Southern Poverty Law Center had one of their reporters in the event with us, dining with us, spending time with us, and preparing notes on the event that were more fabricated than having anything to do with the truth.

The title of the article is what really threw me for a loop.

● American Freedom Alliance Event Blames Immigrants for California's "Destruction"

The headline itself is based on false information.  Immigration is a wonderful thing.  Immigrants are people who desire to come to the United States, apply for that privilege, and then go through the legal process that is in place so that they may achieve their dream.  Illegal aliens are not immigrants.  They are federal fugitives who broke the law and refused to follow immigration protocols that are in place largely in order to protect the receiving population from disease, criminals, or other persons who do not pose as a safe entrant into the United States.

Ironically, because of our primary topic last year, where we asked if Islam was compatible with Western Civilization (and the obvious answer is a resounding "no"), the Southern Poverty Law Center awarded the American Freedom Alliance with the label of "hate group," and we made mention of that distinction at the start of this year's event.

I have a saying.  "If you're not ticking them off, you're doing something wrong."

So, we welcomed the designation by the SPLC as being a hate group, despite the fact that in reality the SPLC is the real hate group.  Them labeling us as a hate group is in a way a confirmation that the liberal left was recognizing that we were out there challenging their madness.  Acknowledgement by the liberal left, normally portrayed in a hateful manner, can be a badge of honor for conservatives.

The writer's name at the SPLC website could not be found.  When you are a hater from the SPLC, I guess you don't want people to know who you are.  It's like the snowflake antifa punks covering their faces.  Anyway, the SPLC writer wrote in his or her (that's the only pronouns God gave us) hate-filled piece about this year's American Freedom Alliance event, "the speakers predictably attacked transgender people, the Black Lives Matter movement and California’s immigrant population."  The article then goes on to describe the panels, with sarcastic quips and inserts along the way.

The author then proceed to take keynote speaker Victor Davis Hanson, a Hoover Institute fellow and author of "Mexifornia," completely out of context, and then lied about the prevalence of the reconquista movement, acting as if it doesn't exist and it's just a big conspiracy theory.  I've been on the front lines of immigration protests and confrontations, and I know what I've heard the other side say, and it drips with reconquista rhetoric - as does many of today's leftist-written textbooks.

The article appeared on the website of the same Southern Poverty Law Center who has been sued for falsely accusing a Christian organization of belonging on a hate list, because the church dares to preach God's word about the biblical view of homosexuality.  Officials of the Dr. James Kennedy Ministries, based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., say the SPLC has deceptive practices, wrongly asserting that some organizations breed or fuel hate because of their religious positions on such things as same-sex marriage and other social issues.

Kennedy Ministries filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Montgomery, Ala., where the SPLC is headquartered.

The SPLC had to also recently remove the historic Iowa town Amana Colonies from its "hate map." The SPLC had targeted Amana Colonies as a refuge of "hate" because of an alleged link to the neo-Nazi website Daily Stormer. The Amana Colonies is a historic landmark, the site of seven German Pietist villages that produced a self-sustaining local economy for eighty years.

In truth, it is the Southern Poverty Law Center who is the hate group.  They target those who dare to stand against their liberal left political beliefs, calling any political opposition "hate".  Isn't that what the Nazis in Germany did?  Isn't that what the communists did?  Isn't what the SPLC does with their "hate list" propaganda an example of a hateful attempt at the suppression of opposing viewpoints. . . no different than what the Nazis, fascists and communists did?

The SPLC is a liberal left hate group that seems to be just fine with spreading their own hate and discontent, attacking religious freedoms of Christians while coddling groups like Islam who openly claim to be an enemy of the United States, and our system of liberty.

James Simpson: Is H.R. McMaster a Leftist Infiltrator?

James Simpson is a proud bomb-thrower, and on his Bombthrowers website, here's the headline:

National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster: A legend or a lie?

While, according to Simpson, McMaster is a brilliant military strategist and war hero, so was Alexander Hamilton. Yet, Hamilton was the big government guy in the Constitutional Convention who cried out the President should be a king.  To this day we suffer from many influences begun by Alexander Hamilton's leftist curse.  McMaster, like Hamilton, has the trust of the President, but the problem is, in reality, McMaster is not "with" the President.  It is looking more and more like he is a critic of President Trump, as he purges many competent, conservative Trump loyalists from the National Security Council staff, and protects and coddles 40 Obama holdovers — almost one-sixth of the NSC staff — who are plainly out to sabotage the Trump agenda.

I think James Simpson may have stumbled upon something, here.  McMaster is not the conservative general in the room, nor has he been an asset to the Trump presidency as far a I can tell.  In truth, McMaster has been acting like the enemy. . . yet, Trump is reluctant to fire McMaster.

McMaster was brought in when another Democrat, Lt. General Michael Flynn (Ret.) had to be let go for all of the controversies he seemed to attract regarding his contacts with Russian officials.  But, conservatives have not been happy with McMaster.  He's been critical of Trump, and an obstacle to the Trump agenda.  And, as conservatives are determining they might have some major issues with McMaster, the leftists are coming out of the woodwork to defend McMaster.  Is it because he is one of them?  Are they defending their mole in the Trump White House?

According to Simpson, McMaster is even being defended by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the propaganda arm of the Palestinian terrorist group HAMAS.

Should not the defense of McMaster by Muslim groups, and anti-American, anti-military outlets like Mother Jones, Slate and the Washington Post, throw up a few red flags about the guy?

Simpson, in his article, tells us about McMaster's history, his military prowess, and those things that all add up to making him a questionable choice for his position in the Trump administration.  McMaster's a highly decorated military man.  He's served long and loyally.  However, McMaster’s reputation for arrogance and incompetence is not a secret.

Something's not right, but you'll have to read Simpson's full report to know what I mean.  McMaster's military history reveals a lot.  He's either not capable, took the job for his own advancement, or is a liberal leftist who snuck in through the cracks. . . or any combination of the three.

Finally, Trump to Address DACA

I get it.  If I didn't live in the United States, I'd want to be here, too.  I also get it when it comes to the kids of illegal aliens.  It's not their fault their parents broke federal law, and entered the country illegally, and based on the fact that these kids grew up in the United States, they are as American as their legal, and native, counterparts.

The problem is, they are still illegal aliens.  And, to be honest, anchor babies are not even technically citizens.  (see "Myth #13: Anchor Babies are American Citizens")

When dealing with immigration law, we have to make sure we continue to protect the receiving population, and act uniformly when it comes to the application of the law.  Therefore, as much as I would like to say to the Dreamers and anchor babies, "Ah, all right, full amnesty for you guys," doing so would not only not be in accordance to how our immigration system is supposed to operate, but it would also open the floodgates, and everybody and their sister (if that's not already the case) would be clamoring to take advantage of the opening in the fence.  And, what kind of message would we be sending to those who did go through the immigration process legally?  Wouldn't that be a slap in their face?

Many Republicans have been bothered by the fact that while President Trump talked a strong game on immigration during the 2016 campaign, and has taken some steps in securing our border and protecting the receiving population from potentially dangerous illegal aliens and migrants, the "Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals" program, or DACA (Dreamers Act) had essentially been ignored by the administration. . . until now.

Word now has it that sometime soon, possibly today, President Trump will be announcing plans to end the Obama administration program.

Trump promised to terminate the program during the presidential campaign, but since his inauguration there had been talk that he wanted to leave open the door so as to preserve certain parts of the program.

That said, with the end on the horizon, spokesmen have said the “dreamers” currently in the program will be allowed to stay in the U.S. until their work permits expire – which, for some, could be as long as two years.

Trump has not given the final sign-off, yet.   White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders told reporters at the daily briefing the program is still “under review.”

“A final decision on that front has not been made, and when it is, we will certainly inform everybody in this room,” she said.

“Our position has been that President Trump should allow DACA to lapse,” Ira Mehlman from the Federation for American Immigration Reform told Fox News. “As people's two-year deferments and work authorization expire they should not be renewed.”

That said, Trump has suggested he either might not entirely do away with DACA, or another thing might be coming to address the young people who are either in the program, or hoped to escape deportation.

“They shouldn’t be very worried,” Trump said of the young people in the program. “I do have a big heart.”

The Democrats are in full force in their opposition to the possibility of Trump ending DACA.

Congressman Ron DeSantis (R-FL-6) Spending Bill Amendment

An endorsed and elected Combat Veteran For Congress, Congressman Ron DeSantis, Cdr-USNR (JAGC) (R-FL-6), attached an amendment to the, must-pass spending bill, that Congress will take up next week.  The amendment prohibits the Special Counsel from investigating President Trump, his family members, or the Trump campaign for anything that happened prior to June 2105, when, then candidate Donald Trump announced his candidacy.

Congressman DeSantis’ amendment puts a 180-day cap on funding for the Special Counsel’s investigation in the Russian collusion probe.  "Congress should not fund a fishing expedition," said Congressman DeSantis. “Congress should use its spending power to clarify the scope and limit the duration of this investigation,” he said.

After one year of investigation, not one allegation of any criminal wrongdoing has surfaced, nor has the false allegation that the Trump Campaign colluded with Russia to defeat Hillary Clinton’s campaign for President been proven.  In fact the opposite is most probably true, since Secretary of State Clinton’s transfer of 20% of the US uranium production to Putin gained his approval.  For the transfer of 20% of the US uranium production to Russia, the Clintons were rewarded with a $140,000 donation to the Clinton Foundation and Bill Clinton was paid $500,000 for a one hour speech to a Russian bank.  That Russian collusion is what the Special Counsel should really be investigating.

In recent Congressional testimony, it was learned that members of the Obama administration inner circle, including Susan Rice, Samantha Powers, and John Brennan illegally unmasked General Michael Flynn, Senator Rand Paul, Senator Lindsey Graham, and others.  They used the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) to authorize US Intelligence Agencies, to investigate Gen Flynn, the US Senators, and the Trump Campaign to unmask and illegally spy on Americans. 

In addition, Obama’s deep state operatives had been spying on members of the Supreme Court, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Congressmen, Senators, then candidate Donald Trump in Trump Towers, the Trump Campaign staff, members of the Trump family, and millions of Americans in violation of US Federal Law.  Obama’s Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, made an outright lie in Congressional testimony, when he said no Americans were being illegally spied upon.      

After one year of the unlawful employment FISA to authorize unmasking, and recording the transmissions of then candidate Donald Trump, President Donald Trump, the Trump Campaign, members of the Trump Campaign Staff, and members of the Trump family, not one allegation of a criminal wrongdoing has surfaced. 

Congressman Ron DeSantis’ well thought out amendment to the must-pass spending bill, will bring a semblance of sanity to the out of control left of center liberal media establishment’s lie, that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia to defeat Hillary Clinton for President.  Hillary Clinton inept campaign actually defeated Hillary Clinton for President.

If Congressman DeSantis’ amendment to the spending bill is discarded by the Rules Committee, the only person who will be responsible, will be Speaker of the House Paul Ryan.
