Constitution Radio: Fracking

Constitution Radio with Douglas V. Gibbs

KCAA AM1050, www.kcaaradio.com 2:00 pm Pacific

Guest: Karen Moreau. Topic: Fracking.

Karen Moreau is spokesperson for the oil giant the American Petroleum Institute (API). The group represents some of the world's biggest energy companies.

Ms. Moreau says fracking is "a safe and time-tested" practice. The drilling technology is in part responsible for the dramatic increase in U.S. oil and natural gas production, industry officials say.

Ms. Moreau is author of a number of articles including "How Fracking Works," New York Post.
