Obama's "Climate Change" Plan Will Deepen His Economic Depression & Cut No Carbon Emissions

by JASmius

Even more concisely, it's a scam.

What the Europeans already discovered years ago, what the Russians and ChiComms and the "emerging countries" both already know and could care less about, but what Obamunists obstinately and maniacally refuse to learn: Even if there was such a thing as anthropogenic global warming, or global warming period, we couldn't do anything to stop it no matter how much of our dwindling wealth we expended.

Only here, it seems, does reality remain powerless to intrude upon the delusional leftwingnut greenstremist Narrative:

A plan backed by Barack Obama and the Environmental P[ollution] Agency to further cut greenhouse gas emissions would cost an estimated $38 billion to $45 billion every year but would drop global temperatures by less than two tenths of one degree, according to a report by American Action Forum, a center-right policy institute.

I contend it wouldn't have any affect upon global temperatures at all.

The plan will be presented at the United Nations Conference on Climate Change in Paris during the first two weeks of December.

AAF notes, however, that the United States already has regulated greenhouse gases at a cost of $26 billion a year with another proposed $1.7 billion. That's not counting the additional $45 billion in the Paris proposal.

And existing regulations have cut global warming by 0.0573 degree Celsius, the EPA [fabric]ates. Obama's new goals would make the total reduction 0.125 degree.

Or, more likely, zero.

"In other words, full achievement of the president’s climate goals will cost more than $73 billion in annual burdens to alleviate less than two-tenths of one degree of warming," the report states.

Or none.

And remember that Earth is, in fact, cooling, not warming, and over the next couple of decades, we really are going to need to warm the planet to offset the solar-driven mini-ice age that true scientists are warning is on the horizon.  The resources needed for that effort are going to be squandered on doing the precise opposite, exacerbating a real looming climate crisis in the name of fighting a fictitious one as a fraudulent pretext for further expanding Barack Obama's iron control over what's left of the U.S. economy.

And there is nothing we can do about it, other than hoard heating oil, generator fuel, dig underground bunkers, and stock up on blankets and sleeping bags for the lethally long winter to come.

On the bright side, at least O will have to travel farther for his golf outings.  Won't he?
